– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blissmycro.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
– Securely package the product and include the RMA number along with your proof of purchase.

– If the product is found to be damaged, opened, or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
